Murk The Earth by Brad Askew
Bradley's website is down, more or less, but The Wayback Machine is holding some weird bits of past designs. Bradley was also interviewed by Threadless folks a while ago, which provides a live link to baskew.com (though this is also an old site, updated last in 2006).
